Notice of Adoption
On November 15th, 2023 Council held the second reading Notice of Adoption for an Amendment to the Land Use By-Law regarding a zoning change from Residential Single Use (RSU) to Residential Medium Density (RMD)and approved the rezoning of 558 St. George. AND TAKE NOTICE any aggrieved person, the Director of Planning, or the Council of an adjoining municipality may, within fourteen (14) days of the publication of this notice, appeal the decision of Council to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board.
