Local author’s book launch

Paul Rapsey will read selections from his sixth mystery novel, “A Partriche in a Peer Tree” at the Mad Hatter Wine Bar, on Tuesday, May 5 2026, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. The multi-layered mystery story takes place in a fictional town very like Annapolis Royal and its environs. The characters though flawed are mostly loveable.
