Canada Day in Annapolis Royal

Celebrate Canada 150 in the Cradle of Our Nation!

This year features local favourites such as cake, the singing of O’ Canada, flag raising, swimming at the pool, and family fun games. New events include short plays by Young’s Company, a visit from delegates from our Twin City Royan, music, and a Community Kitchen Party featuring FREE lobster rolls.

June 30th
2:00pm – 10:00pm: Concert at the Amphitheatre featuring Lynnea Rose; Ray Legerre & Jim Colette; Gianna Lauren; Rain Over St Ambrose; Christine Campbell; Garret Mason Trio and The Divorcees.
2:00pm – 10:00pm: Beer Garden hosted by the Annapolis Royal Fire Department
2:00pm: Acadian/Mi’kmaq Tour at the Annapolis Royal Lighthouse on the Wharf

July 1st

9:30am – 150 bell rings at St. Luke’s Church
9:30am: AWEC Grad 2018 Fundraiser- 4 Man Scramble Golf Tournament at the Annapolis Golf and Country Club
10:30am – 11:15am: Rose Fortune at the Garrison Graveyard
11:30am: Proclamation by the Town Crier – Peter Davies
