Program

14 :30 Gathering at the flagpole located at the amphitheatre.

14 :35 Welcome by the Mayor of Annapolis Royal.

14 :40 Raising of the Acadian flag accompanied by “Ave Maris Stella”.

Then, around 15 :00 the mayor leads participants to the Queen’s wharf.

The official declaration is read by Christine Igot, the Town Crier.

Paul Gaudet, AFAP representative, will say a few words.

Seven roses will be placed on a corner of the old wharf by an AFAP representative.

The ceremony will end at about 15 :45.
