Exhibit celebrating the French merchant explorer Pierre Dugua de Mons, the Mi’kmaw
and the 1605 Habitation. Featuring the intriguing story of Jean de Poutrincourt’s 1607
mill – North America’s first tidal mill. As well as local artists’ interpretations of the
Habitation. Free public event. All welcome. Canteen available.
