Fort-to-Fort Experience!
August 22 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Join us for the Fort to Fort Experience, a unique active living event connecting two of Nova Scotia’s most significant historic sites: Fort Anne National Historic Site and the Habitation at Port-Royal National Historic Site.
Participants may choose to walk, run, or cycle the approximately 25 km round-trip route between Annapolis Royal and Port-Royal while enjoying the rich history, scenic landscapes, and welcoming communities that define this region.
The event begins at Fort Anne National Historic Site with registration, opening remarks, and a group warm-up before participants depart along the route. Rest stops will be available, and an all-day shuttle service will be provided to support participants throughout the day.
Following the journey, participants are invited to celebrate at the “Good Cheer” After Party at the Oqwa’titek Amphitheatre, featuring refreshments, snacks, music, prizes, photo booth, and family-friendly activities.
