Innovation Lab: Annapolis Makers

Interested in sharing your tech skills with others? Want to learn how to 3D print, code, build robots, and generally use technology in creative ways? The Annapolis Makers is the group for you! We will begin weekly meetings in the Innovation Lab in the Annapolis Royal Library on Tuesdays from 6-8pm. This group is open to anyone ages 12+. We will tackle projects like the Annapolis Royal Space Agency’s next high altitude balloon launch. There is an Ultimaker 3D printer, Circuit Maker machine, multiple micro-controllers, a variety of robotics equipment, computing capability, audio and video production hardware, and so much more in the Innovation Lab, and Annapolis Makers will be learning how to use them all. There is no membership fee, and costs for projects that require equipment purchases will be covered by funds collected as a group. We will actively search for experts to come in and run tech workshops, and will generally tinker with tech and see what happens!
