This public hearing is to consider one (1) re-zoning application at 499 St. George Street, changing from “Residential Single Unit” to “Residential Two Unit”.
A public meeting is required for amendments to the Land Use By-Law maps as stated in the MGA under Part 8 section 230. Council will not be making any decisions at this meeting.
