Outdoor Fire By-law ADOPTED
UPDATE: BY-LAW ADOPTED 17MAY23
There is a proposal to update the Outdoor Fire By-law. . The current Outdoor Fire By-law dates to 2009. Since that time additional appliances (e.g. outdoor fireplaces and propane fine tables) which would fall under the remit of this by-law have come into use. This updates adds these additional types of appliances and generally clarifies the bylaw. The draft has been reviewed by the Chief of Police and the ARVFD Chief.
