Fundyboats – Then & Now
Fundy Boatworks is a collaboration exploring and celebrating Maritime culture. This Sesquicentenial project is researching Annapolis County boatbuilding activity; beginning with Mi'Kmaq ocean-going canoes, tracing through the ages of sail and steam, and continuing through to the contemporary fishing vessels. We will feature images by Dan Froese Photography and, wherever possible, will be using art to illustrate this historical subject.
