Sissiboo: Sound Bath & Tea
October 23, 2026, 6:45 PM - 8:45 PM
Join Karla Delany of Holistic Expressions and Dana Belore of Cosmit Roots & Sissiboo Coffee for a cozy evening in at Sissiboo Annapolis Royal.
Beginning with some grounding and intention setting, settling into a blissful sound bath and finishing the evening with some gentle reflection and tea, we begin the descent into the colder months with ease, warmth and soul connection.
