AMENDMENT TO LAND USE BY-LAW – 52 St. Patricks Lane

 

A Public Hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 5:00pm.  This hearing is to allow the public to provide input and feedback on the proposed changes to the Land Use By-laws that would rezone 52 St. Patricks Lane from Residential Single Unit (RSU) to Residential Two Unit (RTU).
