Commercial Tax Rates
Calculation of business tax in the Town of Annapolis Royal is based on the assessed value of the property multiplied by the applicable tax rate. The assessed value is the market value of the property as determined by Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations, a department of the Nova Scotia Government.
Current Business Tax Rate = $3.20 per $100 of assessment
