Prince Albert Road – Construction August to October 2026

Nova Scotia Power will be working along Prince Albert Rd. starting early-August extending into mid-October 2026.

The southbound lane on the causeway, including the pedestrian sidewalk, will be intermittently closed during this time. Traffic control will be on site while crews are working; motorists should  expect standard delays and plan for added travel time. For your safety, pedestrians are asked to please reroute to the opposite side of the road when it is safe to do so, for the length of the construction zone. There will be additional barricades implemented during the work. For your safety and the safety of our crew, we kindly ask the public respect these boundaries and do not approach personnel onsite.
