Security of Town Maps, Drawings and Records

Town Council at the 06 October 1997 Regular Council Session, approved the following as Policy for the Town of Annapolis Royal:

“That all Town of Annapolis Royal drawings pertaining to Town utilities, buildings, properties, and layout, shall not be permanently removed from the Town Hall. Further, that drawings may be removed for consultant work or Town of Annapolis Royal business, but a record will be secured to show when removed, by whom, reason, and return date”.
